1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Scenario Edge ("the Service") at scenarioedge.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and subscribers.

2. Description of Service

Scenario Edge is a scenario-based portfolio analysis tool that uses AI models to generate hypothetical projections of how macro events might impact a set of investment holdings. The Service supports stocks, ETFs, and cryptocurrencies across global markets including the ASX and NASDAQ.

3. Not Financial Advice

All outputs from Scenario Edge are hypothetical, educational, and for informational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

Scenario projections are generated by AI models based on user-defined assumptions and publicly available market data. They are not predictions of actual future prices or returns. You should not make investment decisions based solely on Scenario Edge outputs. Always conduct your own due diligence and consult a qualified financial adviser before making investment decisions.

Scenario Edge, its owners, employees, and affiliates are not licensed financial advisers and accept no responsibility for financial decisions made in reliance on the Service.

4. Accounts and Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• You may not use another person's account without permission.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

5.1 Plans

Scenario Edge offers Free, Starter, and Pro subscription plans. Plan features, limits, and pricing are described on the Pricing page. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

5.2 Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

5.3 Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.

5.4 Analysis Credits

Some plans include a limited number of scenario analysis runs per period. Unused credits do not roll over. Additional top-up credits may be purchased separately.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying AI models or data.
• Use automated means to access the Service in a way that burdens our infrastructure.
• Resell or redistribute Service outputs commercially without our written consent.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Upload or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes third-party rights.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, logos, and trademarks on the Service are owned by or licensed to Scenario Edge. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute them without our written permission.

You retain ownership of the portfolio data and scenario inputs you provide. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to operate and improve the Service.

8. Accuracy of Information

Market data is sourced from Yahoo Finance and other publicly available sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data or AI-generated outputs. Scenario projections are illustrative only and depend on the quality of user-supplied assumptions and model limitations.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scenario Edge and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, or investment losses) arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Scenario Edge harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or rely on third-party providers. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those services. Links do not constitute endorsement.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our discretion. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
